Products that are completed ship in 10-14 business days,  

Commissioned pieces will be discussed via email and or text between both parties to ensure proper documentation. 

We do not have a return policy as every item is one of a kind ,and will not accept returns.  Other conditions may be discuses at that time.  Excellent customer service is one of our top priorities.
